Security: assessments of security situation in country, writing security guidelines and protocols, security plans.

Every organization is unique in structure and ways of working and decision making. My first challenge is to understand the organisation and discuss the main issues and the role the different stakeholders will have in advising and decision making. Therefore always a first round will be made to interview the defined stakeholders. After this round a first plan is written about my approach and about the main items which should be solved.
